We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return eligible products within 30 days of delivery.

  • Eligible returns: Defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

  • Not eligible: Items damaged through misuse, hygiene products (if opened), or “change of mind” purchases unless agreed upon.

  • We accept returns for defective items or exchanges.
  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when purchased.
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Personalized or customized items are not eligible for return unless they arrive defective or damaged.

  2. Provide proof of purchase and photos for the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
  4. Ship it back using a trackable method such as Wells Fargo Courier, G4S, and rider networks. (Return shipping is your responsibility, unless the item is defective, damaged or incorrect.)

  • If you’d like a different model, size, or color, let us know when you .
  • Exchanges are subject to availability—if your preferred replacement isn’t in stock, we’ll process a refund instead.
  1. Damaged or Defective Items
  • Report within 24 hours of delivery to qualify.
  • We may ask for photographic evidence or additional details.
  • Once validated, we’ll either send a replacement or issue a refund, per your preference.
