Shipment and Delivery Processing Times

We deliver orders across Kenya using trusted courier partners (such as Fargo Courier, G4S, and rider networks). All orders are processed within  the same day as when the order was placed, our order cutoff time is 3:00 pm.

Delivery is done within 0–1 day, even on weekends and holidays. 

• Nairobi & Surrounding Areas: Same-day or next-day delivery.

• Other Towns in Kenya: 0 – 1 business days.

• Delivery Fees: Calculated at checkout or confirmed with our customer service team.

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive tracking information via SMS or email.

Shipping/Delivery  Locations

We only do shipping and delivery to locations in Kenya. International shipping is currently not available please contact us directly for special arrangements.

Working time:

Our operation hours is from 9 am to 5 pm.

Delivery Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping/ delivery is available for nationwide at a flat rate of KSh 350.

Delivery Confirmation 

One of our sales team will keep track and offer guidance on delivery of your order.

You will receive a delivery confirmation message once your order has been shipped or delivered to the address given during making order.
